For the past four Sundays now, we have been greeting one another with those triumphant words — Christ is Risen! — and the Church, in her wisdom, will not let us move on too quickly. They have been attracted by her mystical vision of God and His Kingdom, by the beauty of her worship, by the purity of her Christian faith, and by her continuity with the past.
